Director Kim Chang Hoon played a successful hand by casting Hong Sa Bin, Kim Hyung Seo (BIBI), and Song Joong Ki for his film Hopeless. The trio along with some very talented support cast did a great job in bringing his vision to life, taking the film to the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. Recently, during his participation at the 2023 Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia, we had the perfect opportunity to sit down for a chat with the director and here’s what he had to say about working on the theme of ‘hope’.
