I had been going for decades? without enjoying a new album. I know that groups from the nineties have continued doing things, but I listened to them and they seemed like shadows of what they were. Kim continues to shine and illuminate the future like the first day.

The melody of “if this is all we are” the pause followed by “I’m fucked” is so satisfying to hear that I wish she would’ve repeated it at some point. Just the melody. Could’ve changed the lyrics. The 2nd and 3rd time and I’m just waiting for that crescendo.
