Yeah, that was Haha. The reason why Haha was dancing with JongKook in the Turbo segment was because the two of them were regular guests on a very famous variety show called X-Man, where Haha pretended to imitate JongKook and became infamous for dancing to Turbo songs which in turn revived Turbo's popularity. Inviting Haha to dance along with him at one of the most top music awards shows of the year shows is a show of thanks and of their friendship on the show.
