this is filmed in california i believe as it was performed live. Not sure if he actually sung as paris by night tends to lipsync most of their performance, however, almost all of the microphone performances are live. PBN did go to korea to film one of their show but kim jong kook was no in it. This one was Paris By Night Am Nhac Khong Bien Gio i.e. Music Without Borders
