Height CAN be changed if they wear shoes with inserts or straight up elevator shoes. This even happens in our country. In my boot camp with the Navy, we had a gentleman who was so proficient with the, "twirling rifle" routine that they do at graduation, he was signed up and contract guaranteed to be on the President's private drill team straight from boot camp. To be in that group you have to have Yankee White clearance. Which is about as high clearance as you can get and allows you to be next to the President. One requirement for Yankee White clearance is that a person be minimum of 6 ft tall. He was only 5'9" so they gave him very tall elevator shoes.

@Lucy Summer I'd say Joe. North Korea doesn't have anywhere near the level of defensive systems that the USA can bring to bare. Satellites make it a lot harder to surprise someone. While both countries are nuclear, USA has long range missiles making it a lot easier to deliver a payload (conventional or nuclear) and our aircraft carriers let us project power worldwide. North Korea has impressive defenses for it's size/level of advancement/budget but they can't really mount offensive attacks with any effectiveness. Also I'd say Kim has much higher chances of being deposed in a internal coup...
