Although it is very common for someone with mental illness to go on and off their medication, from what I've read Kanye's reasons is that it stifles his creativity. He should be more concerned about his children. If he continues to put himself before his children the children will be the ones that will pay the price. In my opinion that makes him an unfit parent. Not because he has a mental illness, but his main reason for going off his meds is all about him. Selfishness is what is destroying his marriage.
