I used to believe that living a full, happy, and successful life, and having intimate relationships, were impossible for me because of my psoriasis and Hashimoto's. I thought that to achieve things and handle a highly stressful but fruitful life, you needed a flawless immune system and endless energy. I have been depressed and felt less than everybody else all my life, suffering in silence and self-isolation mostly. However, my perspective changed when I saw some very successful, busy, and famous people also suffering from these conditions. Listening to their experiences has been incredibly meaningful to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for these conversations.

She’s not an advocate for patient that cannot afford extremely expensive medication when she has this large platform and can do so. She doesn’t tell us what makeup she use to cover a personal crisis. She can do so much more she selfish and she does not care about other people .

She literally said it's a chemical concoction made by her derm that helped calm it so its not something that you can get over the counter or even prescription. And her discontinued makeup line KKW Beauty was the body makeup she used. So stfu.

She got psoriasis way earlier than age 30. Watch early episodes like seasons 1-4 of KUWTK and she freaks out negatively about it. She is hiding her history and negativity toward this condition. But paid adverts are worthy to lie about. Don’t fall for it, beauty.

@@racheleshiwani7593 there are different ones recommended online you can access but the main things are no sugar, dairy, gluten or processed foods. Even if you can’t completely cut them out I’d say no sugar and processed foods definitely to stop. I found pomegranate seeds particularly helpful as they are anti inflammatory. Try find alternatives like sourdough bread if you find it too difficult to cut them out Also I would incorporate some supplements vitamin D, slippery elm etc. Dr Berg and Barbara O’Neil give some good advice on this

@@racheleshiwani7593 I reversed mine by stopping the biscuits I was eating. Not sure if it was the salt or what but it was 100% the biscuits for me. If I start eating biscuits and I mean just 3/4 dunked in my coffee each day in the morning, then 12/24 hours later or sooner sometimes I get very itchy skin. 3 days later after I start eating them it shows a little red, one week later it starts bleeding my skin and 2 weeks its crazy. Look after your gut I say. This testing took me one year of testing and I found the 100% reason it was happening to me. It took one week of clean eating with biscuit and anything with salt to stop the itchy feeling, two weeks later it will to reduce by 80%. 3/4 weeks later to be 100% gone and back to new skin. You would never know. I have the photos and evidence and can prove it anytime that it was the biscuits for me. This might not be the case for you, but worked for me. Most will never test this as they do try but have a sneaky biscuit in the week so nothing happens. I did the test 5 times just to be 100 sure it was the biscuit that did it to me. The doctor said nothing they could do for me and just subscribed me tropical cream for years. Now I tell all my customers that have it to try it and see if it helps but not one will so fool to them. Cut the biscuits and salt for 4 weeks and test it as it costs nothing to try and your gut will thank you for it.

People get so hung up on psoriasis when on skin as it is visible - when it moves to psoriatic arthritis that’s when it gets real real 😢 I’m luckily in remission right now - no one told me when I got a few blotches on my legs after my first baby of the risk of the arthritis- no doctor mentioned that. People need to be more aware of psoriatic arthritis.

I’m 29 and I’ve been dealing with psoriasis for over a year. It showed up out of nowhere but I’ve always had sensitive skin my whole life. I went to my primary HCP and they told me it was ring worm so I was putting ring worm ointment for 8-9 months and it would not go away and I finally was referred to a dermatologist and they thought it was ringworm too. I finally got a biopsy and they determined it was psoriasis but I am still waiting to see exactly what type of psoriasis I have to get the right treatment. It’s been a nightmare trying to figure it out and it’s all over my legs and I have a small spot on my forehead and I developed some patches on my scalp. Right now I just go walking and let the sun hit my legs and I put petroleum jelly at night. I don’t want to try anything else until I get treatment because I’m scared to make it worse. But hopefully I can get my skin cleared up soon.
