KenKen Kaneki Wife Nope! Y’all exaggerate. She did not do much to her face at all! She literally looks the same except she ditched the fake tan and laser her baby hairs. The only thing Kim did was Botox (that only prevents contraction in a specific area, it doesn’t change your face) In creases to minimize her chances of wrinkles and she does face tightening which is a machine that pushes your skins in direction that dermatologists normally request, (even when using moisturizers) to also minimize wrinkles. Her lips are 100% real, she has had plump lips since she was a baby and I think everyone by now knows what happens to your top lip if you inject it. So yes, I agree you people over exaggerate what she has done.
