✨About Yut-nori Rules ✨
Yut-nori is one of the most popular traditional Korean board games.
Yut-nori has four Yut-sticks that act like dice in other board games.
The moves of Yut-sticks are called Do, Gae, Geol, Yut, or Mo, depending on whether the Yut-sticks land on their frontside or backside when you threw them.
Do -- 1 Frontside, 3 Backside (1 space forward)
Gae -- 2 Frontside, 2 Backside (2 spaces forward)
Geol -- 3 Frontside, 1 Backside (3 spaces forward)
Yut -- 4 Frontside (4 spaces forward + have chance to throw Yut-sticks again)
Mo -- 4 Backside (5 spaces forward + have chance to throw Yut-sticks again)
Yut-nori is basically played by two teams with four pieces each.
** Once one piece arrives in the block where the other team piece is already located, the other team piece originally located can be removed.
** The piece can be moved diagonally when it stops at the corner block of the Yut-board. And if it happens that piece can arrive faster at the destination.
