you just need to balance your diet according to your lifestyle... diet doesnt mean eating less all the time.. there are kinds of diet.. that still you can enjoy what you eat... we all have our diet tho and that depends... it can be less carbs, high fiber and moderate in protein etc.. and eating less is not the solution all the time to lose weight..cuz we need to consume nutrients for our body.
