Bill Irvine said in his fundamental lecture on ballroom, that the dancer must exactly hit the first beat of the bar (the one of one-two-three), with all the weight over the moving foot and leg and through the moving foot and leg. This is the very beauty of waltz, and the beauty of waltz music. This is precisely why Arunas and Katusha won the World 10 times. This is not done by Kim and Cecilie Rygel. Kim is also very stiff in his back and poise.

Very sad they definitely are not in time with the music in the waltz and the foxtrot.
