It wouldn't be unusual if feelings did develop between them. I think it would be improbable if feelings didn't develop. It looks to me like Soo hyun was battling his feelings during the last day of shooting for her and the wrap parties. However it has been implied that Ji won is in a relationship already, even if that is true it doesn't make it impossible for them to get together in real life.
