Beautiful song. To me it’s about celebrating Gods gift of relationship, enjoying his creation by running barefoot and climbing trees. Enjoying summer. Enjoying life. Time goes by too fast…watching your babies grow. I can’t relate to every word in song but I can relate to the theme. There is a book in THE BIBLE that does not expressively say God’s name but it is about him. Esther is not a book just about a brave girl. The book points to Gods character. So this song can point people to God giving us blessings on this side of heaven. The song may not be expressively worship to God but even a romance song can be honoring to Him.
