Like all of her other songs along with anything that comes out of Jesus Culture...........the one "obvious" ingredient in their songs is that they are anointed. An anointed song just has that "extra something" that is obvious but it doesn't necessarily mean it has extraordinary words or beat. This song is one of those songs simply has been anointed and I suspect that has as much to do with Kim's walk with GOD as it does anything else. Well, I too used to wonder how ANYONE would make it their mission to call theirs (and others) music and style of worship a form of devil worship. Some have resorted to making perverted remarks that are despicable. Yes, this is coming out of some very well known ministries. Their motivations for doing so are "anything but pure" and are only sowing discord. I encourage all to focus on Jesus and use discernment when you hear of these kinds of wild stories against these folks who are ONLY loving GOD and worshiping GOD thru their music. Kim's "in the throne room" is a prime example of her love songs to the father. It is a beautiful song.

This song has brought me to the place my soul has been longing to be for the longest time. The Throne Room. At His feet. My face to the floor...surrendering. For the longest time I have been far away from God...started to drift away from the Truth and started to search other beliefs...and I started to act/talk like the world more and more everyday. But I always knew, felt and saw that God was still covering me, holding me..waiting for me..to come back. Here I am. In His arms. Still loving me. Still forgiving me. He showed me a glimpse of our wedding day lol yes Me and God...the day I said I do..and He chose me and I chose Him ..The day He brought me out of darkness and brought me into the light. He was holding me while I cried and danced. He is my father , The one that will never leave me or forsake me. A glimpse of the day I chose to trust Him with everything that I had and am. I cried and knew that I needed that back. He wanted me back and He has me now. I was unfaithful to God and here I am still loved by a relentless God.

As for the angels & saints part, that we do have to wait to experience but to be overwhelmed by the presence of GOD is so wonderous that it's hard to describe, but we can all have that right here, right now. If it hasn't happened to some of you yet, when it does, you will almost fee like you're out of your own body and the love bursting up inside of you flowing in and out coming from Jesus himself will be so intense, you will feel like you can't take any more of it and yet...................you NEVER want it to stop. For those of you who have experienced that, you know exactly what I'm talking about. This kind of music from Kim and the entire Jesus Culture band for many is the "ignition switch" that turns it all on. I encourage ALL to do whatever it is you do that brings you into his courts.............to completely soak in all that he has for you. It absolutely will change your life.

Well, the saints are all around us now, too. Anyone who has been born again is a saint, so you can be surrounded by saints in a worship service. Also, in that situation you'll be surrounded by angels too, and I'm guessing they'll be worshiping just as much as the saints -- we just usually don't see them. Some people do, though. I just talked to someone yesterday who is able to see them when she closes her eyes, at times. Whether we can see them or not, though, they're there, and they worship along with us. God is so good!
