FYI: most of the “action” figures are actually figurines made by an artist called KAWS. He’s actually super popular and most of his crafts go from 200$ up to at least 300000$ (at least what I could find on the internet lol) It’s a pretty common thing I’ve seen in many idol homes just like RM or J-Hope from BTS and WINNER's Mino. So you’re all quite right when you say he’s rich RICH because he has many of them (also some pretty tall ones) as you could see :)

But renting something along the lines of something like this would cost you that amount monthly in Korea. Its a good investment for him because he owns it in Seoul and in a richer district. You can rent, buy full price, or have a contract to rent to own a property in Korea. Recent prices of property there is the highest in Asia because of the real estate boom. A lot of people that own large condos and multiple properties made a lot of money. And not to mention his figures. Those cost around 1 million won or 1000$ and as high as 300 million won or 300,000$. This guy is pretty well off and its well deserved. He is a pretty amazing actor. Loved his acting in On Your Wedding Day with Park Bo-young 박보영
