MOST OF ALL I WANT TO GIVE A BIG APPLOUD TO THE MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM, you guys Policeman and Policewomen stood to the oath of office yesterday on all those voting stations yesterday. They were very calm and nothing but professionalism that was within even after people lost hope and thought of rioting in all 3 stations the stayed calm and kept crowd friendly. PPI only encourages throwing away state responsibility. It is noy for business that they need to bring efficient services to the people that pay taxes. The day government understands that we pay them and they dont deliver is the day they reinvent their out put. Procurement essentially requires that the best services are procured at an economic cost. Ichungwa you can be the Primeminister in the next government

PPPs are to be handled carefully. Everywhere they are accused of overpricing projects and demanding very long ownership periods. A very good example is the Bagamoyo Hydroelectric dam in Tanzania, that the late president Magufuli cancelled.
