Picked up the full set of Luminance and the Thomas Kinkade Disney colouring book. I come from using strictly Holbein I stopped using Prismacolour around 2009 when the pigment kept breaking when I sharpen it. Nice colouring! Colourists for life

I also LOVE listening to the banter back and forth, it makes the video feel more welcoming. Not that I think fully to the point instructional videos bad, I just like this casual style better.

I don’t think I’ve used Holbein… yet… 😜 I definitely like the Luminance but Prismas are still my favorite. I haven’t ever had to deal with the breaking issue. I’ve heard many people mention it but I’ve never had a problem myself. I’ve looked at the Kinkade book sooo many times and still haven’t bought it… I know I will though! 😝

Thank you! People either like the banter or they don’t. I didn’t start lives as a way to do tutorials but more so as a way to chat with people when we were all stuck in our homes during lockdown. I enjoy doing art/coloring so I figured I’d do that while chatting with others… and I’m so glad Rocky’s there to help keep the conversation going! 🧡☺️
