Today, I want to share a fun, yummy recipe that’s perfect for the winter-my Glowing Green Soup, or #GGSO as we like to call it! It’s not a substitute for the Glowing Green Smoothie, but it can be a powerful addition to your diet and bring more warmth to your body, which is very important at this time of the year.
Ingredients
Serves: 1-2
1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
3 cups baby spinach
2 cups tomatoes, rough chopped
½ cup zucchini, chopped
1 Tbs. purple onion
2 Tbs. nutritional yeast
¼ tsp. sea salt, or to taste
Avocado, for topping
Sprouts or microgreens, for topping
Cayenne pepper, for topping
