I just found you and I am loving this already. So thankful that I came across your video and I am looking forward to binge-watching your journey for my own motivation! I am currently in the pre-prep week phase as I am trying to make a list of things that I am wanting to set reminders for (like vitamins) before doing the actual prep week. LOVE the idea of a prep week, you're the first person I've seen/heard of doing a prep week and I think that is just so smart! That way it gives a grace period to work out some of the unplanned experiences without risking being/feeling defeated at the very beginning of the challenge.

Love this !!! I am very motivated to try this . This postpartum mama needs a little discipline. I’ve always loved how I felt after a fast so this is right up my alley . Plus we got things to do and places to go in 2024 . I’m gonna start small but I’m making a plan to incorporate.
