@@anaistres3359 Awe thank you so much. I keep telling myself to not repeat what my mother did to me. But i still love my mother even after all what she did. My mom is suffering from cancer and i can't imagine how hard it is for her. She's losing appetite and she's very skinny. I'm scared that she'll leave us one day. I truly love her and she's the best mom I could ask for. Everyone makes mistake and i hope we learn from it too.

I just made these and they are OISHIIIIII 😍 Fair warning though: Do not eat them right away, let them sit for 5-10 minutes because they are HOT inside. It took me about 1.5 hours to make 10 gyoza, but it was worth it! The hardest part was kneading the dough, it's a nice arm workout. I think they're more delicious if the dough is rolled out super thin, so take your time with that. Thank you, Moe! Another amazing recipe!

The first time I ever made dumplings from scratch, although delicious, the process was so time consuming and laborious. The fact that you did it on your own with a toddler is REMARKABLE. I find it that if you make little balls of dough and smash them with your hand, it helps get the circle for the skin...or to spread the dough out in a big rectangle and use a cutter to cut the circles works too.

So, you finally made them yourself! Fun was it not? It's one of the most easy dishes to make and the fillings are limited only by your imagination. I think it was Sutan's help that made them extra delicious. She was a handful today. You handled her issues with grace and patience. She has the most perfect mother. Soon, she will be able to make those without any help at all. When I make gyoza I make up a special sauce which has more of a spicy kick to it. Everyone seems to like it. I've even had friends argue over who gets the last of it. (Proud grin) My secret is to use thick soy sauce, mirin, fresh ground ginger and a few chopped Thai peppers. It has never failed to make people raise their eyebrows in surprise and not one person has ever said that they did not like it. I totally enjoyed watching you trying to make the wrappers while Sutan helped. Even with the dough not being exactly what you desired you did a wonderful job. What made them extra delicious was the love from you and Sutan that went into them. Thank you for sharing another day in your life with us all. Oh. Every Saturday night (tonight) we get together with friends for dinner and anime. Can you guess what I will be making for dinner tonight? (Grin)
