Yes, all you said about health and beauty is so true. That collagen company did take the scoop out and I noticed a difference in the color, they probably changed their formula. I notice that so much where corporations change their formulas and it bothers me because I don’t think the quality is the same. I’ve used other ones that probably are better quality, but they are more costly. Thanks for this video, our lives are always changing. When I think about all that has happened in life, and I thought I didn’t mind change in certain areas , but I do. I didn’t know I’d be in that 80% who hate change because I was always so independent. Hoping everything went well with your doctor’s visit. I might have done that with something, so annoying. Hoping your grandson and friends enjoy your pasta salad. I’m sure they will have such a good time staying with him. Wonderful memories they will have. Have a good weekend. ❤️

I love your kimono’s. I also started wearing them about 2 years ago, all different types. They are so versatile and brings colour to plain outfits. Collagen is great, i started taking it about 2 years ago and add it to my porridge in the morning. I love all my supplements, it really works. I even give my old cat once a week some powder collagen and echinacea and he is truly amazingly healthy and mobile at nearly 15 years old. Thank you for sharing your wonderful self with us.

I just want to let you know you're inspiring me with each video I watch. I've felt so dead inside, for a long time. I'm 54. I was divorced for 10 years (and still single) when my ex husband died in 2020. Our sons are now 34 (married to my sweet daughter-in-law & they have a baby), 31, 23, and 17(my only daughter). I'm a grandma to one adorable little girl. They are everything to me, and helping them navigate the world without their father has been my focus for 3 years. Especially the younger two who found their dad in the morning, deceased of a heart attack in the night. It was a massive trauma for them. I barely look in a mirror anymore. I have MS, so energy is low and I've gained so much weight, I don't dare go out with friends nor date, it's too embarrassing. I just garden, do crafts, clean, & grocery shop when I have to, and that's about it. In truth... I've given up LIVING. I've learned to enjoy alone time... Perhaps too much. But your videos stir something in me... A desire for MORE. Something for me. I'm going to go clean my face really well. And put on some makeup. 💄 👄 And maybe some jewelry. If you make a conscious effort EVERY morning when you get out of bed to be JOYFUL it will change your perspective on everything. Find JOY in doing even tiny tasks. I’m not diminishing your grief…my husband died January 2020 as well…long 2 1/2 year battle with cancer BUT I decided I have to live my life with JOY for me now….and my mother had MS for 24 years so I empathize with what you’re going through. My faith and reading the Bible daily is what starts my daily joy adventure. Give it a try…I’ve commented here before but it’s worth saying again: happiness is only temporary, JOYFULNESS is the way we should all strive to live our lives. Forgive me for being “preachy” but I thought it might give you some insight and a lil nudge to try my suggestions. I will keep you in my prayers.

Honeybee, I do understand what you are telling us. Thank you for being so honest. If you’re interested, two thing that have helped me through the years is when I read what someone said about doing it FIRST, then we’ll feel it. That didn’t make sense to me. I always thought, if I feel like it, I’ll do it. But it’s the opposite. The other is telling myself before I get out of bed is, “I don’t have to get out of bed, but I NEED to get out of bed. Little by little, step by step, inch by inch, anything’s a cinch from an old book I read and it motivated me. You CAN do it. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful life with us. ❤️

I also agree about Amazon. I use it very frequently. You can find good pries and exactly what you want without having to walk from store to store and still not find exactly what you want. Beautiful video Nanny. For me, self care is a big factor in keeping a positive attitude that makes such a difference in everything. Yes...I have just received some joint products that included collagen. I, like you, have very dry skin. Thanks for your honest and lovely reflections on our Golden years...which I've heard lately may be positively referred as wisdom years or we're people of wisdom instead of senior citizen. I'm so very tired of our society's thirst for youth. Looking blah, blah age instead of gracefully accepting and caring for our bodies, minds, and spirits as they journey this course. Having been a personal shopper/stylist at Neiman Marcus for 14 years and Nordstrom for 10 years I can tell you that wearing the longer shirt underneath with the kimono tied shorter over it is EXACTLY a wonderful way to wear them. Honey, I’m a 78 yr old who still loves loves loves everything about fashion and when I retired I took all my big clients with me and did personal shopping/styling on my own. However, my husband had a two and a half year horrific battle with cancer and I was his only caregiver…so I put my personal business on hold. He died 3 1/2 years ago…just as Covid hit the US…so those tragedies made me put my business on the back burner. I only have 1 or 2 really big clients that I still do my “magic” for and that’s it. I miss it terribly but I still keep up with everything I’ve learned and am now TRYING to pass on to my 17year old granddaughter…getting some resistance, of course. I made wonderful friends through my positions and I can still keep learning….knowledge never leaves you. Thank you again for reaching out…..it made my day! Have a blessed weekend.

Thank you so much. Love the kaftans/kimonos. So pretty. I agree collagen is so important. I'm 70 and I remember my parents saying that eating the cartilage and soft ends of chicken bones and skin will prevent arthritis. So I still do eat that and I use collagen when I find it on sale. I have no arthritis or wrinkles yet so I think they were right. I know it looks gross sucking on the end of chicken bones but I don't do it in public. lol. Thanks again. All the best at the doctors.

Fun to see your fashion show! I believe difference between the two are that caftans are pull overs and kimono is open front. …I love them both. Like you, I am a firm believer in the Vital Proteins, I started about a year ago and it certainly has reduced my hip pain and my hair loss stopped and grows so much now…I get in from Amazon on a subscription basis where it’s automatically sent every month, a container lasts me exactly one month when using two scoops per day. No need to justify yourself shopping from Amazon, especially in the hot summer…it’s convenient and does not cost any extra.

How annoying to drive all the way to the doctors, when you are unwell, and find out it's the next day! I have mixed up dates etch many many times! As very absentminded. I have a friend, whose son has his birthday in April. Amazon is the best! It’s so convenient. Many times I have gone out shopping for something and not finding it. I go home and order on Amazon. I see a big difference since I have been taking collagen. And I noticed there was not a scoop in my last order. I thought it was a mistake. I still had my previous scoop so I will keep using that one.

Oh it's so very hot in West Texas with no end in sight. I had to go get groceries yesterday so I went out early. Didn't matter, by the time I got done carrying stuff in it was already almost 100° & I was pooped. You both need to be very careful in this heat - it's dangerous. Love shopping on Amazon, I've never had anything broken or missing, and gets right to my door. Love your kimonos too, but it's too hot to wear any layers here, no matter how thin or cool the material. As always, I send you love, hugs, and blessings from melted West Texas ❤

I’m 76 and get all my groceries delivered from Walmart . 😅 like this as I can ck cupboards and fridge !!! Other stuff comes from Walmart and Amazon whichever is better price!!!

You are looking lovely today as always in all you beautiful colors.... I AGREE with you about our COLLAGEN PEPTIDES working.... I started taking it when you suggested. Within 2 or 3 days I was asking myself "why do I feel so good?" I sure think it's the Collagen, NO PAIN other than 75 year old everyday feelings lol..... it is costly but so is pain medicine... I got a cute little wooden scoop and leave it in the jar. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUGGESTING IT.
