Similar items have been available as a Mainstay product at Walmart. I have used these caddies for years and am quite pleased. While they don't last forever, they last long enough to solve our household's problem of storage in the bathtubs and showers. I bought this at home port store I put it all together like it sirpose to go I follow direction .when I try put it in corner by shower head would not go in at frist I thought it was to long .so I took bottom part apart took one piece out try it again to short .then I put it all back together somehow thing snapped on near lower top part were spring pop out .i was so piss .try put it in for my gram .i guess I have go get new one start all over I even measure corner out before putting it in should have fit either I did something wrong or pressure was to much .my gram has one of those old fashion faucet that big try get bottom slide around it was hard lived in one of those small apartment were bathroom not that big plus she had those bars on wall help her get out of tub so I had be careful but it is what it is i guess I have go for round 2 later on new one

They can be tricky. If you properly loaded the spring rod, you should be able to place one end on the tub, push the assembled rods to make them slightly shorter, then put the top of the rod on the ceiling, at which point the rods will expand.
