Kinabatangan - A River Runs Wild

The Kinabatangan river at 560km is the second longest river in Malaysia. It runs through the Kinabatangan Wildlife Reserve which is a protected rainforest paradise for birds and animals. It is sometimes known as the Amazon of the East!

Plastic . I noticed was a major problem in Malaysia and they seem not to care much about it. I'm sure in the future none Muslims will have to pay for the clean up .

Its really bullshit (sorry ): amasone and paradise. I have been there several times, from Danum to Sandacan, by car, air and foot. The whole area is heavyly logged, nearly wherever you go away from the river you come to palmoil plantations. The wildlife concentrates along the river because they have no other way to go. Paradise ? Looks different i think.
