Vitamin D, Vitamin D. Here in the states I am from a state where it rains quit often. I was tired all the time headaches, just feeling crappy. My Doctor did blood work and said my vitamin D level was seriously depleted. You need the sun for Vitamin D. If no sun make sure sure you take a D supplement. You will feel better.
