This could make you grow and learn what you couldn’t learn when you had your own business because you’re so worried about taking care of the customer. Man when I finally gave up my businesses it sucked because Iooked at where I started and the big jobs we had done to where I was when I had to shut it down. It was nerve wrecking going in under someone else in charge man the weight off my back about material always being ready. Bids written or walked through and determining, pay roll being handled, tool replacement, making sure crews were ready and on time..none of that was on me it all was so easy and much needed break. Hope you feel the same relief I did too brother

I recommend creating 3 week look ahead schedules. After that make sure u have material for the 3 weeks and permits are ready
