For me, I think I aesthetically enjoy when a product is designed well, ease of function but also beautiful. Bottles that are iniquely shaped and unexpected but not too much so. It gives the item character yet feeling and makes you want to own it. I think skincare has not delved into this area yet. Perfume and fragrances have done this, which makes them more of a collectors item. Skinncare feels not so much like this. I know eos enjoys making their produts unique. Hence their success in breaking into the industry. (Theyre currently rn getting backing in their marketing department for support of a particular idea youll be seeing and a deviaton from what their commercials normally are like. Which is....different. but nonetheless product design is something that entices buyers. If there is simplicity introduced then it must be followed by quantity. A product that is simple tends to do better if there is a variety of options. So a plain bottle (like sol de janeiro or diors line) will often be accompanied by a variety of options (variations in scent etc etc). To the same end point....making them more collectible. To answer your question what do I like to watch when I relax...im weird. I like to design things. If not then i like to find inspiration for designing things. Usually looking around me to see how other things are made. Everyone online says Im an artist which to extent is true. But my background is in science and engineering. So I engineer my artwork and I art my engineering. If i very very much need to just veg.....and not think? Like absolutely not at all.... Cute things. I like to watch and look at cute things. They are simple. And have usually no intentions of doing bad which is something that sadly cannot be always said for the complexities of the world in any field, science, art, religion, politics , and the media. Not an avoidance. (Completely different) But an appreciation of beauty and nicety.
