For that first question in my opinion it's should either be name the rooster or give them boards(velccro or magnetic) with images of the characters then they all arrange them in the order they think and all have a chance to get the points if arranged correctly.

May I suggest you rethink some of the point choices? You get so many more points in Feudy than the other games that the other games barely mattered. You could also do it so that winning each game is separate and counts as an overall season point for that team.
