I have just downloaded Kindara as I'm starting FAM this month to avoid pregnancy. This video was very helpful, thank you! As I'm new to FAM and the charts, I actually have no idea what I'm looking at when you bring up the chart. It is very confusing to me and I'm unsure what the rise and fall of certain bars means. I would love a more in depth video about this to learn more. Thank you!

What is Peak day +3? And what do the number mean after a temperature shift?

Hey Crystal - P+3 means Peak Day + 3 days of potential fertility during which ovulation could still take place. The numbers after a valid temp shift are to count the length of the luteal phase :)

Why do you no longer recommend?

1. customer service has not been responsive for a long time - so if something goes wrong, there's no support 2. the functionality of the app itself is now very limited and outdated compared to the Read Your Body app, which is fully customizable with excellent customer service support So overall, I recommend Read Your Body as the best charting app currently available.

I'm not sure, but definitely ask their customer service! I have my clients send me their charts by manually exporting them.
