I regret buying it too, I’m struggling with it, my boy is 14 kg weight and looks weird in the chair position there’s something wrong with it , I’m carrying my baby now instead of taking the stroller because it’s painful dealing with it and switching from bed like position to chair and my 14 months boy looking weird and crying

Hi! I recently tried to build the newly (KSNEWL00BEG3000) pushchair, but I am struggling building the hood. I looked for several videos even in a foreign language with no solution. There is a part of the hood that looks to seem be forced but I am scared to break it. If you send me an email I can send you fotos from the piece I am speaking.

How can I close pushchair while the carrycot is assembled? I thought this was a travel system I don’t understand how I could take it on an airplane

Hello, unfortunately, you cannot fold the pushchair while a carrycot is assembled. You have to take off the carrycot and then fold the frame. It's the only way to do it.
