I solved my charge port problems by buying the magnetic charge cord. You put in the magnetic insert that comes with the cord into the Kindle charge port and leave it there; then plug in the USB to your power and let the magnetic ends just pull together. It is awesome. It's only $11 from Amazon.

Will that work on and kindle fire tablet?
@amylynnhunt553 жыл бұрын
Kind of seems like every problem with Amazon products requires spending *more* money at Amazon to fix them. Why would this magnetic thingy work? I've tried every cord and charger, bought new ones... My ten is a year old, suddenly wouldn't charge. I've tried everything. It's all just gone. Can't access anything backed up on a cloud, because it was registered to my Mom, who has Alzheimer's. :( Amazon "help" insisted I put my Mom on the phone. Stay classy, Amazon. She freaking has Alzheimer's. If she could answer your questions, we wouldn't need your help.

You don't show were the defective component is very well, you need to mark it with a red dot and then zoom in and out so I can tell exactly where it is at. Can't really tell at this point.

Okay but, my Amazon Kindle fire won’t turn on at all. I’ve tried holding it down for a long time, charging it, changing chargers, and changing outlets but the screen is completely black. It made a noise when I plugged it up but that’s it. Wont turn on.

Mine did the same exact thing these v2019 tablets must have absolute shit pattern failure batteries bc it ran just fine then I didn't use it for a month or two and went to turn it on... Battery 1% and died at wake up. Put it on charger And it failed to boot past Amazon logo. Did that about 3 times after each hard reset then totally failed to charge or power on... I hear that opening the case and disconnecting the battery then charging the battery alone will solve the prob if that is indeed the issue

If it powers on than it might be charging port

I guess I don't know what that is. I've been buying Kindle Fire since they first came out, it seems like they are getting worse with each one. Maybe it's time to give up & buy something else.

It’s not them unfortunately, it’s people who use them wrongly. We repair a lot of them and most of the time it’s the charging port broke. And the reason is, we are not tend to use them while on charge, because each time the cable bends near the charging port losses the joints of the port itself.
@TheBlackbelair2 жыл бұрын
@@amylynnhunt55 The ports and the plugs that go in them aren't exactly robust. Sideways tugs on the charging cables will surely cause connectivity problems after a while.

@@zettkusanagi6322 - You can use a dust off can of air too, just turn the can upside down when spraying. It will freeze the components too, just for a lot cheaper! $5-$7.00 a can.

Okay so my Amazon Kindle fire has just started having this problem where yesterday, at first it kept freezing intirely and I tried to keep resetting it, Then after, id shut it off, turn it back on and then it's stuck on the logo where it just shows "Fire". I put back on charge for a while, It does the same thing, so i do full 40 second reboot, that repeats it again, So then I go into the recover menu, do a full reboot, it turned on today completely fine in the morning, I came back home in the evening and no battery symbol showed until it was on charge, and after it got to amazon logo, it just went straight to recovery menu each time after , 3rd attempt I did full reboot, and now its stuck on fire symbol

This isn't the correct board for the newest Kindle model 10 and it is of little help to many of us. Also not helpful at all, if you don't put a red dot by the bad component! Why would you go through all the trouble of making a movie when you zoom out, you lose track of the actual component that needs replacing? Stupid!
@xxsonsi_playzzxx3384 жыл бұрын
meh I don't recommend.. u could just hold power button for 20 or more seconds...

@@SoftSolutionsRepairsUK Its weird. ..But mine wouldn't turn on after the battery was drained and I left it to charge overnight (never had this problem before). So I just held the power button at the same time that I was watching this video and it then turned on after having held the power button for a couple of minutes (I did this when it was unplugged).
@SoftSolutionsRepairsUK4 жыл бұрын
@Timon Alexandrthere is a circuit within the battery, which deactivates the battery if it drains completely. And simply putting it on normal charger will not activate it easily, then pressing pressing long power button or charge it with higher V charger activate the battery(remember most of the time this is a sign you should replace the battery) but every problem is not the same in machines. When they die, it could be anything. Another thing that we don’t teach tricks here but repairs. these devices come to us after every trick they try at the homes. And we power on the circuit board with power supply(no battery, no charger) and than the problem can be found.
