kindle unboxing and setup 2024 // my first impressions & review of the 11th generation amazon kindle

i've been a kindle girl for like forever my first was the kindle keyboard which they no longer make and my current is the oasis which they've just disconntinued so if i decide on a new one i'll have to go with the paperwhite but i just bought a phone sized ereader so i'll stick with that for now. Hope you love reading on the kindle its one of the best things and the convienience is awesome

I got the same kindle and case just different color case about two weeks ago and I love the combo so much! The kindle is so much easier on my eyes than my phone.

After 2 decades of buying books I opted for a kindle in December and while I enjoyed it for the first few weeks I have hit a point where I am regretting it now. I have cheapened my very favourite hobby and taken away part of what I really enjoyed. I think I am going to use a mix in the future, and a kindle definately when on holiday for convenience. Maybe it's just about getting that balance right.

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear you regret it!! 🥺 So far I’m happy with mine but I am definitely curious to see how I like it in a few months. I think it’s definitely a balance- I love to physically hold a book but there is also a special charm to having the kindle. They are definitely different reading experiences, but I enjoy both types. I can see how it would not be for everyone and it was part of why I was hesitant to invest in one. I hope you enjoy it more in the future, thanks for watching!

I absolutely love my Kindle Paperwhite and I got the agale green and I'm definitely a kindle girl. I also love kindle unlimited and I love everything about it 🙂

The only thing that makes me unsure for buying kindle is if I can read at night or I am needing the paperwhite

honestly i have no issue reading at night with it on dark mode & low brightness, it puts me right to sleep! it definitely still "seems like a screen" in complete darkness but it's much better than a phone or tablet in my opinion

I may have misunderstood what you said/meant, but you can send library ebooks to your kindle.

yes you can! just not ebooks from hoopla to this specific version. libby works or any kindle tablet
