At 0:50 this confetti shoots on screen that turns the whole screen white, I've seen it in a few videos and honestly thought that my TV had in issue with the video 😅 I noticed that before the white screen confetti starts, that there's confetti shot onto the screen that is a translucent white colour, and then the confetti shot when the screen goes white, shoes the video inside the confetti particles. It's definitely an interesting effect you can put over a video, but I can see how it can be annoying for some people.
