I had a blind gentleman teacher in marin countyhigh school 9th grade circa 1986 in Stuart Florida. He did have a assistant who was his eyes but he did all of the teaching. One of favorite instructors 🎉❤

Even though the changes that are going on in the world right now worry me, this series is a real bright spot. It is challenging me to see things differently. I am definitely more thankful and cognizant of what I have and what I dont have for that matter. Thank you Steve and family. I actually like this series. There are some really cool things coming out of this social distancing.

This made my day! After watching this, I read the comments and couldn't believe all the negativity in them. I knew what I had to do. Subscribe and turn off the computer / TV. That way I could spend the rest of the day with the hope and rejuvenated sense of worth that this show brought to me. Obviously you are a wonderful person and no doubt your adorable children will grow up to be the same. The way your daughter looks at you is priceless. I can't thank you enough for this.

Take heart about the negative comments here. Those poor people have nothing in their life and this is the brightest spot of their day by being negative and hateful and thinking anyone cares about their made up problems, and fears.

While Charlott's honesty is laudable, she must be careful not to conflate honesty with opinion. Her dislike of some cookies over others is OPINION. The left is brutally guilty of this kind of conflation: they consider "their" truth to be "the" truth. If she can understand this simple difference, she will truly be a person of high integrity. That said, I really enjoyed this video and appreciate the positivity in a time when all we seem to hear is constant negativity.

I think there are 2 types of honesty. 1 is good like the people here, but there is also bad honesty . A friend of mine asked me what i thought of her dress. It was awful . I would have really hurt her feelings had i told the truth. I told her her dress was nice . I am honest where i can be, especially if it's a major issue .

I was in sales all my life. To be a great salesman. You have to be a great liar. And I was the best. But I always preached to my daughter about lying. It is easier to tell the truth than a lie. And I always told her the trouble you would be in would be greatly reduced if you told the truth. Now my Grandson refuses to lie. He and his best friend just tells the truth. They have been in trouble. But they will tell the truth. They will also tell on themselves. My grandson has told the truth so much. That if he tells me something I can take it to be the truth.

Can’t say I agree with Charlotte. You can tell someone you don’t like something in a kind manner. There really is no “grey area” and there’s no such thing as a White Lie. A lie is a lie is a lie. No way around it. If you start making exceptions then you might as well just outright lie and save the stress. If someone asked you if you liked their cooking you could just as easily say I do, just not this dish. I have done this and if they get offended I ask, Would you prefer it if I lied to you? It’s amazing how many people do not want to be responsible for you being considered a liar! So this young lady is not a complete paragon of truthfulness. She is still encouraging lying (in order to not hurt someone). But it might be more painful for the person involved if you tell them they look nice, their outfit is great and then someone unbelievably cruel starts whispering behind their back about how ugly their outfit is. Maybe you like their outfit. You could mention you like it but it might not be the best thing for them to wear! Better to be let down gently in private by one person than to be laughed at publicly by the masses!! Actually someone is always watching. God Himself sees everything we do. “His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me!”
