Kindness doesn't always work. If a student is having difficulties in class, school administration officials may want to produce/revise the student's education plan. If I was in charge, I make each kid take a career test. The education plan would be revolve around the test results. Older students would be required to undergo a 360 self-assessment.When taken seriously, the assessment can help an individual identify their strengths and weaknesses from others perspective.
