Kinetic Round Chandelier | MakerMan

This was a moving chandelier developed as a prototype. The LED tube was custom-made. The movement of the chandelier is in a circular wave pattern. There is a geared motor in the middle for the movement.
I created a kinetic art chandelier that features a light tube moving in a circular wave pattern. This movement creates a mesmerizing effect that draws the viewer's attention.

You know what would take it to the next level? That entire fixture on a separate rotating plate. So now the whole fixture spins while the lights dance. Great work 🎉

If you slow it down, the movement will be subtle, yet the geometry will change over time. That would be awesome.

Yes, that will be great. The speed can be reduced, it has a speed controller.

That a worm screw gear box.

Yes, you can just place the middle hub closer to the motor in the shaft. It is a 2 meter long one.
