@@taneikaallison9899 I wonder WHY?
@humbleone48004 жыл бұрын
@@taneikaallison9899 tbh, I really don't speak on the dead, however, I truly believe it stems from thier mother's treatment of Denise early on.....I'm going strictly on how THEY (The Clark Sisters & The producers) portrayed Dr. Moss Clark in the bio pic. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon w/Mom. We have to realize, these were a group of young ladies & teenagers who were always told it was 'nasty' to get pregnant out of wedlock, "how dare you disgrace the family? Im a minister, what does it look like if one of my daughters is out there getting pregnant? Not in my house, not on my watch, not under my roof!" So with that old Southern way of raising your kids and that mentality, it's going to cause controversy, same thing would've happened if she was on drugs, Back then people in the church needed to save face, it mattered how your family was perceived. How can I get up here & direct this choir & spread the word of God, when one of my babies is pregnant? Get rid of her! She's not gonna make me look bad, like I failed. I find it hard to believe they never tried to reach out to Denise, it's definitely a deep family issue. I don't understand how you can be minister to people through your music, spread the word, the gospel of God but you have a biological sister who you don't interact with? it's definitely hypocritical. I'm not judging them IJS😔
@britneyb72814 жыл бұрын
Taneika Allison she left the group and the family and moved to California and decided not to speak to her sisters after the death of their mother so how did the other sisters outcast her? She admitted she hasn’t talked or seen her her sisters in years so whose fault is that? Ultimately they are all family and alive so any issues they have can be fixed.

@princechristophermcmillon7562 Жыл бұрын
I apologize I actually thought you were speaking about the "NO" at @4:13 that's Twinkie. You're actually right at the @4:16-4:17 mark. When I say strict alto I'm only implying ALOT of our new counsins/fans of the Clark sisters ALWAYS comments how Jackie be "killing the bottom note" when we that have been fans since the 80s knows that Jackie DID NOT sing tenor back in those days it was always Dorinda and Twinkie. Those days Jackie was strictly a "Alto" not saying she never sang a soprano part but we know Jackie and Twinkie has always been the most versatile in having to sing the other sisters parts when they were leading BUT when Twinkie lead on those days it's was DORINDA not Jackie who would always take that bottom note. Thanks @LaMaudeLewis ***Written In Respect***

That’s why Dr Mattie Miss Clark still kept Denise in the group inspite of because her angelic voice and amazing runs but like Denise said why will she stay in the group and be disrespected by her sisters excluding Twinkie because she had kids out of wedlock and they need to give her all her royalties They better be glad Denise is not hateful and all she did was walk away
