Walaikumsalam, Now,Ministry will arrange your visa. University is nothing to do now. Visa process is different for every candidate. Some friends got in 6 months, some got after 1 year.

When you submitted the application

It means, most probably 90% you are selected. If you don't have any security issue minstry of education will issue a visa for you.but it will take. Just wait patiently

Your last Academic qualification , was it a degree or master's then you mention the specialization you took. Work place is if you are currently working anywhere, you mention and your title. If not then you just say I don't work or any other term to mean the same. Hope I've helped you ❤
