You should have included pictures of smoking personnel and guests! That's what I remember most of all. People smoking everywhere - inside with a mom nursing her infant in two meters distance and outside, wherever you go. I don't smoke and that was really disturbing. And too many people on board! If you do not come beforehand, you will have to sit side by side with other travelers, which is not convenient in hot weather.
