King Ash Bay Fishing Competition

It's been a rough start to the year at King Ash Bay Fishing Club. Not one, but two cyclones earlier in the year left massive damage from the flooding. But the club has bounced back really well, with things getting back to normal fairly quickly. The club held the first fishing competition of the year in May, which I arrived back for, just in time.
It's a Barramundi fishing competition, so I head out fishing with my dad on day one of the comp.

I found a new trick just before you hook Thai and not about 2 inches from the hook and you don’t lose your sinker as long as you’re using £60 plus

It blows my mind how you didn’t catch a legal size Barra. From the moment you started catching cod after cod I would’ve changed the way a line was rigged with that lovely mullet yous had as bait, to either a dropper rig or a floating mullet in a snag.
