King Boo class is the most underrated. It's so versatile because it can be used for both bagging (usually paired with Inkstriker and/or Leaf/GLA Tires) and frontrunning (Teddy Buggy and Rollers), and it shines the most on more strategic tracks. Do Rosalina next. She has same same stats as King Boo.

It's actually more based on the size than the weight. Link is also canonically very light but he is in the exact same character class as King Boo.
