I deeply miss HM Queen Elizabeth. She was truly the last bastion of standards. Getting up when you feel awful and pushing through. Accepting the realities of life. Being frugal (she always kept leftovers) and serving your country. Loyalty, Family, Kneeling to pray before bed each night, and doing what you must, even when you’re terrified. It just appears to me those values are more or less extinct. It felt like the 20th century died with her and it hurts.

King Charles is an intelligent, reflective man who has had decades to contemplate the future of the monarchy and his role as king. The first days of his reign he was obviously grief stricken and under the media's cruel scrutiny of his every little gesture. He handled it all with grace, speaking directly about the Queen's passing to the UK, the Commonwealth and to the world from his heart. He will be a good monarch. He already is.

(Harry doesn't know how much you cared for him when you had all his titles removed. It really saved him from life imprisonment for Traitor charges; being without titles, Harry couldn't be charged for Traitor guilt.) The people really care for you and your relatives. Queen Elizabeth would be very proud, also.
