@@scottwilson3479 Yep, although that specific line was from the English dub, which a lot of 'diehards' seem to get offended about if you bring it up when it comes to 'canon'. But the fact is, that line doesn't contradict the original Japanese script. If Cooler in his base was already stronger than Final Form Frieza, Goku would have said it then and there, instead of only saying it after Cooler transformed.

These are fun what if scaling's, but I'm not a fan of them having Cooler just copy Frieza's Golden Form. I mean unlike Frieza and possibly King Cold who created forms that suppressing their, Cooler created a form that increased his own. It made him unique among them. I also didn't like how they turned Meta-Cooler into a form Cooler can actually take on. Its not a form but rather what the Big Gete Star and Cooler became one and formed into something new. The Meta-Cooler Core was it's true form, and all those Metal-Coolers were just drones or parts of him he sent out. As for Mecha-Frieza, I don't believe he was actually stronger, Vegeta did make mention that Frieza was stronger then before. But he was put back together with parts of the ship, so I'm not sure it was by a great deal. That and I remember the Z-Fighters sensed Frieza and King Cold, and were surprised at how strong King Cold was. Unless I'm remembering this stuff wrong I think King Cold was somewhat stronger then Mecha-Frieza.

King Cold's bio in Tenkaichi 3 states that he's more powerful than both Frieza and Cooler (presumably not counting Meta-Cooler obviously, and maaaybe a theoretical Full Power Mecha-Frieza). Post 'Resurrection F' Frieza is obviously in a whole other league though. I don't know much about Heroes lore so I can't comment much on that, though the anime implies Cold was stronger than Cooler and Trunks (or at least acted like he was, threatening them both to come at him nefore he gets one-shotted by Hatchiyak in a sneak attack). The Manga however presents us with the typical pathetic King Cold who already got his ass beat off-screen before being betrayed and killed by Cooler, who has achieved Golden status in his Fifth Form.

And in his Fourth Form, he says that 1% of it is stronger than any of his previous forms, giving him a minimum power level of 100m. Instead, he f*cked about, didn't just kill Goku off the bat and let them use the Spirit Bomb. Frieza basically allows himself to be defeated. And Goku's power after Ginyu is 3m, multiplied by 50 for a SSJ transformation to 150m. He and Frieza are about equal at the end of that arc.
