@shahidrehman2939 wsalam During the course of accommodations and progress in your MBBS, the number of students allocated in one room are reduced, you just have to adjust with 6 roommates for the first 6 months, then there will be 4 of you in one room. Also in 3rd and 4th year mbbs you can get cubical rooms ( single seaters )depending on your performance in the first 2 years.
