The King Family will always be welcome in the homes and hearts of America and the world. If my parents and brother were still of this world they'd be joining me now in sending out a most wonderful heartfelt thank you to all the members of The King Family who truly did make us all feel like one of the family and find the joy in our own families. Your examples of relating while performing were much needed during the chaos of the 60s into the 70s when so many facets of society were struggling with each other and against each other for all the revolutionary causes of the time period. Many of those issues exist today and one thing I find missing are the rich spirits of the performers like yourselves who once were beside us as we worked toward greater lives for everyone. It's wonderful to learn that your cousins and you plan a future show. The notion of this is promising. Just bring your good old selves and let your natural spirits speak to the people while you sing and perform. Always remember how we need you, all of you, to add the beautiful life and spirit best known as The King Family. ...God bless you and yours...always. Shalom.

Sigh! I do wish we could have variety shows like this back on television but I also know that won’t likely happen. 🙁

During these turbulent times being able to go back to a kinder time by watching all of the videos you have shared has been a blessing. I wish I could snap my fingers and give you back your missing loved ones so you could have more time with them and we could have more opportunities to hear their wonderful singing voices.

I had a crack up because the top 20 that you posted yesterday you mentioned that when I'm saying King of the Road he had to say no regrets instead of cigarettes. What's so funny is that scene the pilot it was sponsored by Salem a cracked up at that.

I would never be married into the King family because I can't sing or dance or have any talent. Not much chance to be invited to a BBQ. Maybe I can mow their grass or wash their windows or drive the bus.
