Ghidorah can regenerate any injury, even fatal ones by absorbing sources of energy. Like when Ghidorah absorbed Bostons entire electrical power grid and regenerated it’s torn wings or when one of it’s heads grew back from absorbing the radiation from Rodans volcano.

I think that King Ghidorah can beat MechaGodzilla for 2 reasons, that he can regenerate and that he can fly, that is, he can fly and recover, unless MechaGodzilla hits the breath in his wings and ends up hurting him of flying, but anyway this fight is well balanced, but in this animation it didn't show everything that MechaGodzilla can do, and tmb showed things that King Ghidorah has never been shown to do like throwing him from a distance very fast using only his heads , so you can't say that King Ghidorah wins just watching this animation, this battle is very balanced, unlike the battle of Godzilla Vs Kong

Ya, Destroyah is no doubt a tough enemy for Ghidorah as both can fly. But there's one thing to take in mind. In Godzilla vs Destroyah, Destroyah was defeated after it fell from a height after its wings were destroyed by tanks and missiles. But it's completely different for Ghidorah. If u have watched KOTM then remember the Antarctica fight of Godzilla and Ghidorah. The USS Argo and many fighter jets attacked Ghidorah after Godzilla fell into a big hole and the officials were in danger. Ghidorah protected itself from its own wings which say that its wings are quite strong and can't be destroyed easily. Now Destroyah fell from a height which was not that high but Ghidorah survived Godzilla's one nuclear pulse whose force is way higher than the force exerted after falling from a height. So Ghidorah can withstand more force than Destroyah. Now Destroyah has a type of atomic breathe which is very hot. Ghidorah has Gravity Beams which are said to reach very high temperatures. So both are almost same in atomic ray capabilities but as Ghidorah has 3 heads so it's Gravity Beams can overpower Destroyah. Ghidorah is mainly made for fighting in air and Destroyah is made to fight in both land and air but it has small wings and falling from a height can kill him. Destroyah weighs around 80,000 metric tons and Ghidorah weighs 140,000 metric tons which is way heavier. Ghidorah managed to drop a 90,000 metric ton heavier Godzilla from the Stratosphere so it can do the same with the lighter Destroyah and for this I think Ghidorah would still win.

All imma say is Ghidorah fought and defeated a healthy, fresh Godzilla (he would have killed Godzilla if it weren't for Mothra, we all know that) Mecha G 21 defeated a Godzilla that was worn down from a battle with Kong. Umm… no, he wouldn’t. Worst case scenario is Mechagodzilla somehow gets exposed to Ghidorah’s gravity beams for a prolonged period of time long enough that its electrical circuits would fry and short circuit its main communication center, leaving it vulnerable. Even a single gravity beam would result in it undergoing a major energy surge. And Ghidorah, having three heads, will only triple the lethality of his beams. An energy overload from the gravity beams would result in the Mech either shutting down or possibly even exploding.
