Gizz is my favorite band, and I especially love their metal/psych stuff. That said, this tune is easily in my top 10 of theirs. I’ve no idea how it wasn’t a huuuge hit. It’s a damn near perfect pop song! I really enjoyed your reaction and I get how you say that this should be their pocket. Their albums include so many styles/genres and almost everything they do they make it their lane, you know? I’d love for you to react to ‘Dragon’ off their new album as it’s about as different from this as possible. It’s a banger of a metal tune and it absolutely RIPS! Keep up the great work!

I met and talked to Stu for maybe five minutes when I saw him walking down the street in Montreal where I had travelled 1,000 miles to see them live in 2019. I can confirm that Stu is a lovely, friendly man. He gave his time freely to a stranger who acted like a stupid fanboy. I'm embarrassed to this day. Great guy. Probably a genius.

Oh my god, I laughed so hard 😆Great reaction, man. I agree with you: this is *one of* their greatest sounds. But I just can't say it's THE best one just because they cover so many genres. If you want to know what I mean, check out their track Dragon (and the music video) from their most-recent progressive metal album. It's equally genius, but on the opposite side of music palette.

These guys never take themselves seriously! For example, the music video for their song "Rattlesnake" (and the song itself, to an extent) is just silly. Also, since you mentioned it, I'm pretty sure at least Stu (frontman) does acid, or used to for a long time. And the shaved eyebrows thing was just for this video, they have eyebrows usually.
