ah yes, my very first king gizzard show. it was very convenient for me because i lived about 50 blocks from the venue. ive only listened to a couple of their songs about two weeks prior to the gig, so i was basically going in blind and with fresh ears. was absolutely blown away from their performance and i was hooked from then on. you can see me in the front row banging my head on/pill lol. im planning on driving down for the austin marathon gig and hope to see some familiar faces there! edit: well i guess im famous now...

You should definitely check out the Thompson's Point, Portland, ME show! They start off with thirty minutes of Theia and the Silver Cord, and IMO that show ALSO has the best Iron Lung. This one's good, but it doesn't quite measure up to the Maine show. They then end with The Dripping Tap + Stu crowd-surfing into the nearby river. Also, the full Mind Fuzz quadrilogy gets played. Friggin' legendary show.
