@@1heartsman If so that’s great to know because I never really haven’t heard anything of Hip Hop and Dancehall call the same thing. A emcee of dancehall is really call a DJ. A DJ of dancehall is really call a Selector/Mixer but I’m not sure what is a operator is. Sounds like a selector. Even the language is different,patois rappers/chanters are much different from American emcees’

I watched old dancehall videos of Killamanjaro with Danny Dread(Selector/Mixer) & along with Papa Ainsley(operator)… They both look like the do the same thing. Youth Promotion with Major Stitch(Selector/Mixer) & Chemist(Operator) both looks like they do the same
