He's speaking Tibetan. I speak a form of Ngari Tibetan which is a form of Ü-tsang Tibetan. Tibetans from cham and amdo will find it hard to understand him. Ngari region was once the capital of Xanxung, a proto-tibetan empire having roots in modern day Tajikistan and covering most of western Tibet, including Ladakh and Purang. As a ngari Tibetan speaker, I don't understand enough to form a continuous story, but some things are quite clear. For example, he talks about boudha in the first part of his video. The Tibetan name for which is Chorten Sharung Khashor. Overall, I would love if he tells his story in Ü-tsang Tibetan because even cham and amdo people will understand. But not Lhasa Tibetan because their accent is very Chinese like.

I am speaking in Sham region dialect of Ladakhi brother. I m sorry, I can't speak U-tsang or Amdo Tibetan. Yep, rightly said, there are many similarities in the words but difference in pronounciation. 😍🌷🙏

Lang Dharma is famous as a anti bhudhism but few scholar believe he is not anti bhudhism but pro nationalism . His policies for the development of country was seen as anti bhudist .
@ladakhthroughages.62862 жыл бұрын
Very true. There are mention of him being not anti Buddhist, rather perturbed due to the number of young people joining sanga there by less young people available to defend the country. His thought and policy was something like that of Pushpmitra Shung. I have made mention of this aspect in my writeup. Thanks for your comment and information.🙏

I never came across such an information. Yes. Bongskang chan a legendary king of Ladakh is heard of. One of my video is on Bongskangchan. You may watch it, if you haven't so far. But I don't know about relationship between Bongskang chan and the Bodnath stupa.😍🙏
