She is. It was on the basis of this that I always suspected she's be a great pick for Irulan in Dune. BTW, Sir Anthony would have made an excellent casting for Emperor Shaddam, better than Christopher Walken at any rate, though he probably would not have changd anything about Denis Villeneuve having seriously f***ed up that part in the script.
